"October - This month holds a special place in my heart as my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer my freshman year of high school. I was inspired by her strength as she never miss a game or practice while going though chemo treatments. One of the programs that made her the happiest was “look good, feel better”. They helped her with applying makeup, putting on wigs, and tying scarves. People don’t realize how much these programs impact the lives of cancer patients and that’s why I am a donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of this shirt to the look good feel better cancer program."
